HPF-80 : Water fruit press 80 liters (stainless steel, tilting basket)

Description

The hydraulic fruit presses HPF-80 with production capacity 80 liters of must per hour are delivered to cider production lines with small and medium production volume. They are more powerful devices than manual presses, yet their price and service demands are significantly lower than most of pneumatic presses.

• This hydraulic press is designed for pressing of shredded apples, pears or other fruits to make the cider.
• The pressing is achieved without the need for electricity and hand work, using only water pressure.
• Water is filled through the valve into the inner rubber bag that expands and presses the fruit to the walls of the press.
• The sufficient water pressure is 2,5 bar for pressing and it is regulated by a valve and a pressure gauge on the water supply.
• The pressure is secured by a safety valve.
• The press speed compared to manual presses is up to 4 times higher.

The package includes :

HPF-PN80 : Press net for the HPF-80 hydraulic fruit press

Net intended to prevent clogging of the press drains with dirt.

HPF-GB80 : Green PVC covering sleeve for the HPF-80 hydraulic fruit press

Replacement PVC sleeve made of food grade PVC. It is used in a hydraulic water press with a volume of 80 liters. The bag is stretched from the outside of the perforated basket to prevent losses due to the spraying the must outside the drip area.

HPF-RM-80 : Rubber membrane for the HPF-80 hydraulic press

The inner rubber expandable bag.

We recommend to purchase also :

HPF-PB80 : Sludge filtration bag 80L for the HPF-80 hydraulic fruit press

A special cloth filter with capacity 80 liters, which is designed to filter the sediment (sludge) during the fruit pressing. The sediment is poured into the bag, and it is re-pressed in the water press again. The pure cider passes through the bag and the rest of the sediment remains inside the bag. The efficiency of the hydraulic press is up to 95% of fruit juice.
