BREWMASTER BBM-500 breweries – Recommended basic configurations for small breweries. Equipped with the wort machine BREWMASTER BM-500 and with one or several plastic/stainless steel fermentors with capacity of 625-1200 liters.

Brewery sets in this category are designed to produce of 500 liters of wort per one batch. Volume of the tanks allows maximal production of two batches per day.

BBM-500 breweries consists of two basic sets :

• Wort brewing set – equipment indended for brewing the wort from basic raw materials (water, malt, hops)
• Fermentation set – equipment needed for the fermentation of wort and production of the final product – beer
