Fermenters especialy designed for kombucha production. Thanks to their size and shape, surface area/height ratio, the kombucha fermenters allow greater oxygenation, favouring the correct formation of the scoby (the organic spongy substance that is the essence of kombucha production) with relative low alcohol content of the final product.
